David Stimson

David Stimson has been working with clients with emotional, social and behavioural difficulties for over sixteen years. He has extensive experience within the school and education system working with learning and behaviour support within primary, secondary and special education. David is a co-founder and Managing Director of CATS . David has clinical experience of working with both children, adults and families, including adoption.

David is a qualified and UKCP registered therapist. David has a specific interest in the area of attachment and trauma and has further trained in EMDR trauma therapy for adults and children, assessment and treatment for complex trauma and dissociation in children and adolescents and has trained in Clinical Child Assessments. David is also a Clinical Supervisor, Executive Coach (AoEC), NLP Practitioner (ABNLP) and NLP Coach (ABNLP).
